A Blog that Will Make Your Day

So this person Katie probably thinks I'm a stalker now, but judging from other people's comments on her blog, I'm thinking that I am not the only one who has become totally enamored by her colorful world.

Feeling a little blue? Go visit Color Me Katie.

I promise she will brighten your day. :)

(and thank you Dan for posting about her on Facebook!)

Oh and while you're checking out new things, how cool is THIS organization? It's called Improv Everywhere and their mission is as follows: "Improv Everywhere causes scenes of chaos and joy in public places. Created in August of 2001 by Charlie Todd, Improv Everywhere has executed over 80 missions involving thousands of undercover agents. The group is based in New York City."

Check it out. It, too, might just make your day (or at least make you crack a smile).

Hey Sarah,
Happy New Year to you too!! My foot is feeling better and it's already been 6 weeks; however, there is still some swelling, so I've decided to keep the walking boot on for another week and see how it goes.
Ride outdoors for me!!

Hey Sarah!

I found your blog via Beth's (californiatraining Beth) and wanted to say HI. I read some of your recent posts - great blog! I especially can relate with your recent post about having a little bit of trouble finding motivation in '09 - I'm right there with ya! I decided to take the first half of this year "off" from tri and am just doing running and yoga. LOVE the yoga too!

I'll be moving up to Berkeley in June to start a post-doc at Cal, and I'd love to learn more about the great local rides and runs (and swims too) :).

Happy New Year!
